We’re still at the Four Seasons Resort in Chiang Mai in this new episode of Thai-licious. While many American restaurants serve larb gai (chicken), the talented Chef Anchalee Luadkham shows us how to prepare larb muang moo, an authentic dish special to Northern Thailand.
These are the ingredients that Chef Anchalee started with… It can be overwhelming but she is a culinary master who, somehow, turned it into a delicious dish!
I got to relax a little during this episode and just watch her cook since last time, Chef Anchalee really put me to work. However, Chef gives us some great inside tips to reduce the smell of the pork (mix in Vietnamese mints) and advice on how she makes it her own.
